As we reflect on two decades since opening our doors in December 2004, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to you for being part of the MAD fam. Whether you’ve been eating salads with us since ’04 or just discovered us last week, we’re raising a romaine leaf in your honor.

In true MAD fashion, we celebrate half-birthdays — so for our 20.5-year milestone, we’re turning the spotlight on you. For all these years, you’ve fueled our mission to serve fresh, flavorful food that powers your day and your next adventure.
