Belgium Bowl

Chef's Inspiration

The Belgium Bowl was built to show off our shaved, roasted Brussels Sprouts. We pair them with smoky, salty bacon and slightly spicy pecans then dress everything with our homemade Honey Mustard dressing for a slight tang alongside the goat cheese. It may sound like a lot to have wild rice and warm quinoa, but this combo is actually lighter than our traditional grain bowls. It'll keep you going through warm afternoons and cooler evenings.

 

CHEF'S TIP: If goat cheese isn't your thing, swap it for our shaved parmesan. It will bring an earthiness to the bowl without a hint of tanginess.
