The Salvador Dali Salad Departs on Jan. 31

Salvador Dali Seasonal Salad (16:9)

Colorado's seasonal wintertime favorite, the Salvador Dali salad, is leaving January 31. Sadly, the California drought has impacted our fresh pomegranate supply so we have to say goodbye. If you're a fan, then you know that like Dali himself, Chef Dan has created a masterpiece worthy of a gallery exibition with his tasty work of art salad. He masterfully blended fresh pomegranate seeds, goat cheese from Jumpin' Good Goat Dairy and OLOMOMO Maple Masala Pecans atop a bed of baby greens drizzled with pomegranate molasses vinaigrette.

Speaking of pomegranates, how do we get those deliciously juicy pomegranate seeds into the Salvador Dali salad? We went undercover in the MAD Greens Castle Rock prep kitchen to discover the shocking truth:

The Salvador Dali and its unique flavor combinations is only around until the end of the month, so get your fix before time runs out! Like all seasonal faves, they always leave too soon...
