One of our favorite things in the summer is enjoying a seasonal bowl full of Colorado love -- otherwise known as the Alferd Packer. Exclusive to all Colorado MAD Greens restaurants, the Pack is filled to the brim with fresh romaine, grilled Palisade peaches from Clark Family Orchards in Palisade, CO; roasted Olathe sweet corn from Tuxedo Corn Company in Olathe, CO; crisp green beans from Petrocco Farms in Brighton, CO and goat cheese feta from Jumpin' Good Goat Dairy in Buena Vista, CO. Everything is topped off with our homemade Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette and grilled citrus chicken.

Did you know that Denver Urban Gardens is one of our charity partners and that until August 31, $1 from every Alferd Packer sold will benefit this amazing organization? Now your know! And if you don't know DUG, they help create sustainable, food-producing neighborhood community gardens. They've helped establish more than 150 community gardens across the Denver metro area and beyond.
