One of our favorite things in the summer is enjoying a seasonal bowl full of Colorado love -- otherwise known as the Alferd Packer. Exclusive to all Colorado MAD Greens restaurants, the Pack is filled to the brim with fresh romaine, grilled Palisade peaches from Clark Family Orchards in Palisade, CO; roasted Olathe sweet corn from Tuxedo Corn Company in Olathe, CO; crisp green beans from Petrocco Farms in Brighton, CO and goat cheese feta from Jumpin' Good Goat Dairy in Buena Vista, CO. Everything is topped off with our homemade Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette and grilled citrus chicken.

What we love even MORE than fresh peaches and bowls full of Colorado love is giving back. Did you know that Denver Urban Gardens
is one of our charity partners and that until August 31, $1 from every Alferd Packer sold will benefit this amazing organization? Now your know! And if you don't know DUG, they help create sustainable, food-producing neighborhood community gardens. They've helped establish more than 150 community gardens across the Denver metro area and beyond.
SO - if you haven't come into a Colorado MAD Greens
this month to order a delectable Alferd Packer, you need to, ASAP. The Palisade peaches are at the juiciest they'll be all year RIGHT NOW, and you don't want to deprive your taste buds of this experience. But most importantly, you'll be dining for a good cause until August 31st! We hope to see you soon and in the meantime, to learn more about DUG and how we'll be working with them over the next few months, check out our recent partnership announcement here
