MADness at Tour de Cure Colorado
Last weekend, MAD Greens joined 1,567 riders in Longmont, Colorado to raise critical funds for diabetes research. The Tour de Cure is a series of fundraising cycling events held in 44 states to benefit the American Diabetes Association. In 2014, more than 60,000 cyclists in 86 events raised almost $30 million to support the 29.1 million children and adults living with diabetes in this country. On Saturday, August 15, Tour de Cure Colorado took place with riders of all levels joining forces to raise almost $800,000 for diabetes research, education and advocacy. MAD Greens was there to support this worthy cause as well as our own VP of Marketing, Lucas Clarke, who rode 70 miles (he got a bit lost on the 62 mile option) and raised over $500. Check out all the MADness below!
