MAD Greens Spotlighted for Menu Innovation
MAD Greens was featured in the May/June issue of Flavor & The Menu, a magazine profiling flavor trends and strategies for the food and beverage industry. In the 'Best of Flavor' feature, the MAD Greens Arizona seasonal Soleri salad was included and MAD Greens' Co-Founder and Chief Culinary Officer Dan Long was interviewed to discuss the untraditional-yet-inspired idea to incorporate unsweetened chocolate into a salad.

"One of the best things about this salad was watching those who were initially skeptical of the idea of chocolate in a salad try it and realize how much they enjoyed the combination," said Long in the interview.
