MAD Greens Opens Its 30th Location
Fresh food lovers in Phoenix, Arizona went MAD for MAD Greens this week as we opened our newest restaurant at Central & Camelback. This is the seveneth Arizona location serving up customizable salads, nutritious juices, healthy kids meals and hearty paninis. Special to this restaurant only, local Arizona artist Jesse Perry will create a mural for the patio as well as make some enhancements to the front sign.
"We are humbled by the opportunity to open our second Phoenix location and seventh MAD Greens in Arizona," said MAD Greens CEO Darden Coors. "We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from hundreds of guests who love our scratch-made ingredients, fresh juices, healthy kids meals and catering options. Our intent is to ensure that each guest is pleased with their entire food experience every time we are fortunate enough to serve them."
MAD Greens was founded in 2004 in an effort to bring healthy, local and delicious food to the fast-casual market and is revered for its chef-inspired food such as the Dionysos, Ty Cobb and Edgar Allan Poe salads named after "MAD" famous people and slightly crazy literary characters throughout history. Today, MAD Greens has 30 corporate-owned locations across four states with additional openings scheduled later this year.
MAD Greens' intention is to provide amazing hospitality and create chef-inspired, healthy food that is made from scratch daily with distinctive offerings such as hand-crafted hummus, grilled and roasted meats, freshly baked croutons, 20+ salad dressings and countless pounds of premium produce that make every meal unique, fresh and fast.
As part of MAD Greens' commitment to community organizations in each market, MAD Greens will be raising money for No Kid Hungry at the opening of the Central & Camelback location, whos mission is to end childhood hunger by providing nutritious meals to families in need.
