The Austin American-Statesman featured MAD Greens' Mark Twain salad in its roundup of '10 Salads for a (mostly) Light Approach to Summer'. In the feature, food critic Matthew Odam writes:

"The following 10 salads will help you power through the sun-drenched beatdown that awaits. Sure, there's some cheese, pasta and meat in some of these salads. This is about making healthier decisions. Not punishing yourself." He then specifically calls out the Mark Twain, writing that the salad "Forgoes leafy greens for firm penne pasta spiked with red onions, mild roasted red peppers, cool cucumbers and hints of citrus in tender grilled chicken."

MAD Greens' Mark Twain pasta salad was included in a round up of 'Top 10 Salads for Summer' in the Austin American-Statesman.
