Alferd Packer is one of Westword's “100 Favorite Dishes"
Westword recently reviewed our Alferd Packer seasonal salad - our blend of grilled Palisade peaches, roasted Olathe sweet corn, green beans, goat cheese fet and grilled citrus chicken atop a bed of crisp romaine and drizzled with our homemade fat free balsamic vinaigrette. Most of the salad's ingredients are sourced from Colorado farms and during the month of August, $1 from every Packer sold will be donated back to our charity partner - Denver Urban Gardens.
