Alferd Packer is one of Westword's “100 Favorite Dishes"

Alferd Packer Salad with citrus chicken locally sourced

Westword recently reviewed our Alferd Packer seasonal salad - our blend of grilled Palisade peaches, roasted Olathe sweet corn, green beans, goat cheese fet and  grilled citrus chicken atop a bed of crisp romaine and drizzled with our homemade fat free balsamic vinaigrette. Most of the salad's ingredients are sourced from Colorado farms and during the month of August, $1 from every Packer sold will be donated back to our charity partner - Denver Urban Gardens.

In her review, writer Linnea Covington calls the Packer a "bowl of pure Colorado love". What else does she say? Check this out:

"While many eateries tout their use of seasonal ingredients, it's not often that you can find a dish that truly represents what's coming out of Colorado farms right now — especially at a quick-service restaurant." We couldn't agree more, Linnea, and we appreciate the glowing review!
