A walk through a bustling farmers market on a crisp Saturday morning could be one of the best ways to start a weekend. And Singh Farms in Scottsdale, Arizona, could be one of the best markets. We mean it! Every Saturday during the growing season, dozens of vendors converge on a wooded grove to display their freshly-harvested veggies and just-baked breads. Roosters are crowing, a fire is crackling, and just for an hour or so, everything moves at a slower pace.

In addition to perusing the market, we were there to spread the MAD Greens love and hand out complimentary samples of our Soleri Salad
- Chef Dan's masterful blend of red grapes, cotija cheese, MAD Spice avocado, figs, unsweetened chocolate, slow-roasted chicken and Tabasco Prickly Pear Vinaigrette on top of a bed of baby greens.

Fun fact: For every Soleri Salad sold Feb. 1 - Mar. 1, MAD Greens is donating
$1 to the Phoenix Children's Hospital's Hope Fund
. The Hope Fund helps launch critical new programs, purchase essential equipment, conduct cutting-edge research, provide charitable care and much more to Valley youth.

We also chatted with guests about the grand opening of our FIFTH Arizona MAD Greens at Mesa's Dana Park
and handed out Buy One Get One Free coupons to anyone who wanted to join us for the grand opening celebration on Wednesday, Feb. 17th. (Seriously, if you're in and around Mesa, come see us starting Feb. 17th!)
