Meet the New Meals Heating Up Our Menu

Who the heck are Parker, Pomona and Mona?!

It seems like summer is all about food (at least in our world). Yummy backyard BBQs, ripe fruit and fresh-from-the garden veggies epitomize this time of year. And in our eternal quest to harness seasonal flavors in better-for-you food, we're introducing three new menu items that pay homage to the foods of summertime.

MAD Greens Bonnie Parker Texas (16:9)
This salad debuted in Texas last year and is inspired by the most classic dish of the region: BBQ. We know the premise of this salad is near blasphemy but trust us, the Bonnie Parker has all of the lip-smackin, knee-slappin traditional BBQ flavor in a bowl of greens. It's got smoked cheddar cheese and MAD Spice pecans plus apples, craisins and roasted chicken. The Smokey Cider Vinaigrette brings all of the delightful smoky, sweet and sour flavors of a Texas cookout but without the messy fingers.

MAD Greens Pomona Salad
Colorado fans have known and loved the Pomona for years. This fruit-forward salad features both apples and craisins, plus feta cheese and praline pecans. It's like a salty-sweet cheese plate, but in a salad! And it's topped with our Sherry Molasses Vinaigrette for a deep, caramelized flavor that pairs splendidly with rich cheeses and tangy fruits.

MAD Greens Mona Lisa Wrap
This wrap is a new twist on our long-running panini and is, quite simply, a caprese salad in a tortilla. There's fresh mozzarella and juicy tomatoes, plus flavorful pesto and nutrient-rich spinach. We finish the wrap with our classic Balsamic Vinaigrette, which helps cut through the richness of the cheese while marrying all the flavors together. It's a light yet filling vegetarian wrap that is sure to please any palate.

MAD Greens Pancho Villa Salad
Though it feels like it's been part of the family forever, we're just making it official (finally). The Pancho Villa is here to stay on the MAD Greens menu...forever! This salad debuted in the fall of 2016 and was an instant hit. So much so that when we tried to end its seasonal run, fans threatened to pelt us with corns and pumpkin seeds (that might be a slight exaggeration but people were upset). Well fear not, the Pancho Villa is now a permenant fixture on our menu so you can get the elote-inspired salad and that Cilantro Chili Lime Dressing whenever you want.
