While everything on our menu is customizable, we’ve tweaked a few of our signature salads to make them compliant with three popular lifestyles and make your mealtime decisions even easier!

Of course, you can order and customize the salads at your nearest MAD Greens by simply substituting a few ingredients in each meal, but our new online Lifestyle Salads section provides ready-to-eat, tasty salads that satisfies each lifestyle’s guidelines. 

MAD Greens Keto Cobb

Keto Cobb: Romaine, Southwestern Chicken, Avocado, Bacon, Red Onions, Eggs, Cucumbers with Ranch Dressing

The Cobb was already a popular choice with low carb, high fat guests. It has a whopping 44 grams of protein and is packed with healthy fats from the Avocado and Eggs. We subbed in Ranch dressing, a go-to for the Keto diet.

Keto Caesar: Romaine, House Grilled Chicken, Parmesan, Tomatoes, MAD Spice Pumpkin Seeds with Caesar Dressing

With only 12 grams of carbs and 41 grams of protein, the Keto Caesar swaps out croutons for MAD Spice Pumpkin Seeds which are loaded with monounsaturated fat (the good kind!).

MAD Greens Whole30 Don

Whole30 Don: Mixed Greens, Southwestern Chicken, Avocado, Mango, Carrots, Pumpkin Seeds with Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette

Whole30 eliminates dairy, grains, legumes and sugar so we removed the Corn, Jack Cheese and Creamy Ginger Dressing in favor of Carrots, Pumpkin Seeds and Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette on our Don Quixote to make this salad diet-compliant. 

Whole30 Athena: Romaine, House Grilled Chicken, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Kalamata Olives, Cucumbers, Artichoke Hearts with Red Wine Vinaigrette

The Athena salad is another go-to Whole30 choice because it has very low sugar, just 8 grams. We substituted the Feta Cheese for Artichoke Hearts, which is a natural ingredient in this Greek-inspired salad.

Vegan Pancho: Mixed Greens, Piri Piri Tofu, Quinoa, Corn, Avocado, MAD Spice Pumpkin Seeds with Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette

Eating vegan has always been easy at MAD Greens with protein choices like Piri Piri Tofu and Warm Quinoa, as well as clearly labeled dressings where “Vegan” means no honey. We just went one step further making our popular Pancho Villa totally vegan.

Vegan Harvest: Mixed Greens, Piri Piri Tofu, Roasted Corn, Carrots, Tomatoes with Mango Chimichurri Vinaigrette

The Harvest has been a popular wrap on our menu for a year now, but this is the first time we’re turning it into an equally delicious salad. Soon you’ll be adding the Mango Chimichurri Vinaigrette, made with agave, onto every salad you can.
