But we know that your tastes and cravings change all the time, we're just trying to keep up! So we are testing a brand new menu item: grain bowls! These warm and hearty meals each have a gluten-free, whole grain five-rice blend. We've crafted a couple flavor profiles for you (and new dressigns!) but just like our salads, you'll make the grain bowl with our team so you can tell us exactly what you want. No matter what you put in it, they're sure to fill you up and make you smile. But grain bowls are ONLY available now at our test MAD Greens locations:

Spicy Shrimp & Bacon Bowl: Hearty Grains, Piri Piri Shrimp, Spinach, Green Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, MAD Spice with Sriracha Almond Vinaigrette
This grain bowl is the epitome of comfort food where the shrimp are the star of the show, enhancing every flavor in each bite. There's salty bacon and cheddar cheese which are balanced out with the sweet heat from the Sriracha Almond Vinaigrette and the spice from the MAD Spice. It's so craveable you'll want to come for lunch and dinner!
Southwest Bowl: Hearty Grains, Grilled Southwestern Chicken, Spinach, Roasted Corn, Avocado, Tomatoes, Cotija Cheese with Cilantro Chili Lime Dressing
The Southwest bowl is crammed with deliciousness that will leave you licking the bowl. You'll first notice the creamy avocado, salty cotija cheese and our Grilled Southwestern Chicken. Then you'll get hit with bursts of freshness from the tomatoes and corn. And the fan favorite Cilantro Chili Lime dressing is the perfect topping to bring it all together for a Southwest flavor explosion.
Buddha Bowl: Hearty Grains, Piri Piri Tofu, Spinach, Red Onions, Pumpkin Seeds, Edamame, Carrots with Sriracha Almond Vinaigrette
Our Buddha bowl is a delicious vegan meal with a punch of flavor and nutrition. The Sriracha Almond Vinaigrette plays of the Piri Piri sauce on the tofu, which has a slight kick with its traditional Portuguese spices such as crushed red chilies, sweet paprika, garlic and onion. The red onions complement this flavor profile while the spinach, pumpkin seeds and edamame are all nutritional powerhouses.
Tokyo Bowl: Hearty Grains, Grilled Citrus Chicken, Kale, Edamame, Carrots, Green Onions, Pears, MAD Spice with Miso Sesame Vinaigrette
This grain bowl is all about the umami. What's that, you ask? It's one of our five basic tastes and translates from Japanese as "pleasant savory taste." The Miso Sesame Vinaigrette highlights this flavor profile and pairs beautifully with sweet fruits. So we added pears and the rest of the grain bowl evolved from there. Sweet carrots and nurtitious edamame bring the crunch, green onions have a lovely pop of freshness and the MAD Spice kicks it up a notch.
