Our brand new seasonal menu items pay homage to classic fall flavors but with a couple trendy ingredients – parsnips and dates. The Picasso is a smoky, satisfying grain bowl brimming with roasted veggies, smoked cheddar and bacon, dressed with our Smokey Cider Vinaigrette (best known for its appearance on the Bonnie Parker). The Monet is a light, earthy salad featuring root vegetables, spicy pecans and parmesan. It’s topped with the daring Date Tahini Dressing…an earthy, sweet dressing that’s designed to highlight the roasted parsnips, sweet potatoes and red onions.
The Picasso: Wild Rice Blend, Spinach, House Grilled Chicken, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Red Onions & Parsnips, Bacon, Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Apples with Smokey Cider Vinaigrette
On the other, slightly “mad” side, we have the Picasso – a rich, hearty grain bowl loaded with roasted parsnips, red onions and sweet potatoes plus bacon and smoked cheddar cheese. It almost seems too decadent for lunch, almost. But the apples lend a refreshing lightness and the Smokey Cider Vinaigrette brings a delightful combo of smoky, sweet and tangy. We couldn’t stop eating this comforting, autumnal grain bowl while creating it, and we hope you feel the same!
