What would you tell someone who's unfamiliar with MAD Greens?
Even the people that aren't healthy eaters (like my family members...who are skeptical that I work in a salad shop), when I offer them the different things like with steak or avocado, they're excited. Meat eaters too. It really is a great meal. You can eat it for dinner! It's not just a side salad, it's a full meal and you really get a balance of everything.
Tell us more about your prep process.
What makes MAD Greens so good is the passion that we put into everything we do, starting with the prep. Our proteins are marinating 24 hours ahead of time. Anyone who's doing the dressing has to be what we call a Certified Mixologist. You go through extensive training to figure out how to make our 21 dressings, from scratch, every day.

We use top notch ingredients. You come in here and you get what you pay for. That old saying is so true. We offer a quality ingredient for the money that you spend.
