The Story
Everyone knows it takes a MAD genius to make a great salad. But did you know that some of the world's greatest salads were actually invented by some of the history's maddest geniuses? Being committed Horticultherbobotanists (Salad Guys); we spent months "leafing" through obscure volumes of gastro-legumic history to uncover a virtual "who's who" in inspired salad invention. Always striving to give credit where credit is due, we have faithfully replicated over a dozen famous salads that, believe it our not, were the creations of some notable geniuses of yore. If you have discovered some ancient Aramaic or Athenian salad recipes we would love to hear about them.
